Monthly meetings are on the third Tuesday and held at Fat Buddies - 311 Westgate Plaza, Franklin, NC 28734.
Order your lunch at 11:30 AM. the meeting starts at 12:00 noon.
Come get an update on candidates, news of legislation, a good lunch, learn about upcoming events and projects, and enjoy fellowship with other like-minded ladies.
Our purpose is:
to promote an informed public through political and educational activities;
to increase the effectiveness of women in the cause of good government; and
to support the GOP campaign activities, both financially and by providing a volunteer workforce, at all levels of Party activity.

This month's guest speaker is Dr. Paul Brintley, he
is with the North Carolina Faith and Freedom Coalition. He is very
knowledgeable on issues, voter statistics, and how we can help. As for
our Caring for America project, we will begin to bring in staple snacks
that we will put in a basket to deliver to our local law enforcement
officers next month, because May is National Law Enforcement month. Last
year, they thoroughly appreciated the baskets we delivered to them. See

Macon County Republican Women's Club
Law Enforcement Appreciation Month
With the many donations from our MCRWC we were able to provide Officers & Staff of The
Macon County Sheriff's Office Detention Center and Franklin Police Department with decorative
bins of "on the go" snacks. Representing the club, members
On June 1st, 2023, Crystal Stamey and Vivian Honey presented the snacks to
Capt. Brent Ledford & Sgt. Clay Saunders, of the Macon County Detention Center and Chief Devin Holland, Franklin Police Department.
Both were grateful for the goodies with
Capt. Ledford stating that the (MCRWC)were "the only ones to bring anything to us.
"Many thanks to members that donated the Snacks for our Law Enforcement.
February Meeting
The Macon County Republican Women's Club met on February 21st at Fat
Buddies BBQ restaurant. The guest speaker was Alisa Ashe, director of
Kids Place located in downtown Franklin. Kids Place provides a much-needed service to at-risk children.
